Still emailing PDFs that people print and scan back?

Upload the PDF. You get a link to an online form that anyone can fill out on a phone, and every answer comes back to you as the original PDF, filled out. There is no form builder and no subscription.

How it works

1

Upload the PDF

Works with fillable PDFs, flat PDFs, and scans. AI reads every blank, checkbox, and grid in the document and builds the online form. You do not set anything up.

2

Share one link

People fill it out on any device. You choose whether they see one question at a time or the whole form on a page. AI assistants can fill it through the same link.

3

Get the PDF back

Each submission is emailed to you as the original document, filled out. There is no dashboard to check.

What you get

Changes are made by asking. Type the change you want into the admin page and AI applies it to the form.

There are only two settings: how fillers see the questions, and where the answers are emailed.

One flat $5 payment per form covers unlimited responses. There are no tiers and nothing renews.

No account. Your form is managed from one private link.

Questions

What kinds of PDFs work?

Fillable PDFs, flat PDFs, and scanned paper forms — intake sheets, registrations, questionnaires, applications, order forms. Dense multi-page forms are fine.

Is this for contracts or legal signatures?

No. filledform is not for contracts, e-signatures, or other legally binding documents. Use it for everyday paperwork only.

Where do my responses live?

Each submission is emailed to you as the filled PDF, and you can export everything as a spreadsheet anytime. Your submissions stay with the form for as long as it exists, so the export always works.

What does “AI agents can fill it” mean?

Every form is also a machine-readable endpoint. Someone's AI assistant can fetch the questions, submit answers, and receive the filled PDF, with the same validation a person gets.

Really $5, forever?

Yes. $5 per form, one time. The form stays live with unlimited responses. Another form is another $5.
